Before entering into Japanese market, we got order from domestic international trade company, which they just provided us with drawings and we would complete the rest of all the procedure. Because salesmen/saleswomen are not familiar with garment, they can not deliver complete to us, and it also waste a lot of time, which influenced delivery time to clients, at the same time, it give factory pressure on production schedules.

In our company, you can check production schedule and handle your own plan at all times, this will omit the turnaround cycle that happen in international trading company. It is no longer a problem for the clients with small quantity of order in our company.

We have long term and good relationships with many domestic material suppliers, hence we have competitive price and quality advantage.

Dear friends, if you have own designs need to find manufacture to manufacture them, we are ready to serve. In the below, it is a instruction form from one of our Japanese clients, we manufacture the clients design based on this form. If you want to get sample from us, please read the below procedures

We will charge you the cost of the garment and freight fee given it is our first cooperation. However we provide you with the detail delivery time of express companies and their lowest discount. There are three ways to pay: 1. Paypal, 2. Alipay 3 T/T. If you place an order after checking the sample, all the fee we charge you for the sample will be refunded to you. At the second cooperation, you also can get free sample. If you do not place order, we will not refund you the sample fee. There are a lot of client who want to get samples from us, which costs our company a lot of money. After the second thoughts, we made the above decision; you will be appreciated for your cooperation.

FAQ:

1. How to quote our products? What is the sample lead time?

We will give you first quotation based on your description about material and techniques you required. After you give us your drawings, we will give you a approximate price, (customer should think first it is ok for them about our quotation before letting us making sample, which can avoid wasting time for both of us.), after completing the sample, we will give you a detailed cost of the product for you confirmation. We will take next move after getting you approval.

The sample is about 7-10 days. If there is stock for material in factory, it will be sooner. But this does not include delivery time.

2, After confirmation the sample, what is the production lead time

It is about 20-30 days. We would advise you to confirm sample as soon as possible if deliveries are required to be prompt, so that we can manufacture in the first time. This is because we will go for manufacturing without get confirmation on sample. And, if you provide label and care label, please send us as soon as possible for us to schedule the manufacture process.

3, how to confirm fabric and lining?

We will make sample based on your instruction form. We will attach the similar color board with express for you option, which we have the same one on our hand. Whatever you choose them or not, we suggest you save them for the future use. if you have special needs please tell us the model number of fabric and color. When it comes to linings, we will buy according to your requirement, at the same time, we will give you some samples, such as button, rubber band and so on.

4. If we are not happy about the sample, what should we do next?

If you are not about satisfied with cardboard, fabric, lining, we will modify according to you comments, and we will make the second sample as soon as we can. It will take shorter time than making first one in that we buy two piece of fabric at the first time.

5. If we do not have any idea about the size, what should we do?

We will arrange with our cardboard staff talk to you face to face until you find the satisfied answer,  as you know, cardboard staff is the perfect partner of designers.

6. If we want to use our own fabric and cardboard, would you manufacture for me.

Sure, but you should you will calculate the delivery time and the nature of fabric, shrinkage and loss per unit to avoid missing order and wasting time.

7. The quality of product concerns me given it is our first cooperation, what should we do

We can find the third party (test and measurement center) to inspect the products, we will allow one piece of defective product go to your hand. But it will cost you 0.4 USD per piece. We promise that we manufacture the garments according to the sample you confirmed.
